We are committed to protecting the payment details that you enter when making a purchase on the Choc Boxed website. All payments are processed over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Our payment providers are Wix Payments and PayPal.

When you contact Choc Boxed or place an order via our website, you will have the option to join our mailing list. Subscribers are sent promotional emails containing product information, exclusive offers, and other updates from Choc Boxed. 

Once subscribed, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link that appears in all of the promotional emails we send. 

If you give us permission to add you to our mailing list, we will never share your email with other organisations or send you any emails that are not relevant to Choc Boxed.

Some of the products on our website can be customised with a message of your choosing. 

Please rest assured that all details of your order – including personalised messages – will be kept private and not shared with anyone outside of Choc Boxed. Any custom text you submit will only be used to fulfil your order.
