Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch you order within two days from the time of purchase.

Your sweet treats are hand-picked and carefully packed into our white boxes of chocolatey goodness!

Gift Boxes (Coming Soon)

Our Gift Boxes are the perfect way to bring happiness to your family, friends, colleagues...EVERYONE!

Your order will be given our 'Gold Standard', packed in our signature gold gift wrap with a little bow. Your order will be placed in an outer brown box for extra protection.

Delivery Charges
​
We are proud to use Hermes as our choice of carrier, this is due to them having a reputation for excellent customer service and reliable delivery. We aim to deliver your box within a week of purchase, but this isn't always in our hands. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact info@chocboxed.com, quoting your order number.

As we use a third-party carrier, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. On the date of delivery, you order will be delivered between 8am and 9pm. Our standard delivery charge is £2.99 and will be delivered between 3 to 7 days from the time of purchase.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Thank-you for shopping with Choc Boxed. Should you have any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
​
Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since the date of delivery we can't offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Eligible)
​
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@chocboxed.com quoting your order number.

Replacements (If Applicable)

We only replace items if the wrong item has been delivered to you or the item is not as described. Contact us at info@chocboxed.com, quoting your order number and we will process your placement.
