  • I'm having trouble logging in...
    If you're having trouble logging in, firstly refresh your browser. If the issue contiunes to persist, try resetting your password. You can do this by selecting the 'forgotten your password?'.
  • How do I update my personal information?
    You can make changes to your personal information on the 'My Account' page. This will allow you to update your contact details, password, address book and payment methods.
  • How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
    If you no longer wish to keep up to date with our latest news and exclusive offers, select the unsubscribe option (this can usually be found at the bottom of the email).
  • How do I cancel my order or subscription box?
    I want to cancel my order Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@chocboxed.com by midnight of the same date as the date of purchase. Please quote your reference number. I want to cancel my subscription... You are under no obligation to continue your subscription and can cancel at any time. Please notify us by following the cancellation steps in your account, alternatively you can contact us at info@chocboxed.com. Please notify us at least 5 days prior to your payment date to ensure your subscription is cancelled before payment is requested.
  • Where can I view my orders?
    You can view your orders in the 'My Orders' page on your account.
  • What if I have an allergy?
    Allergic to Dairy, Nuts or something else? We have you covered! Leave us a comment at the time of purchase via the product page or as you check-out. Tell us about your allergy or what you don't want to see in your box, we'll handle the rest!
